Is this an actual physical phone?+
Yes. The service is being built around dedicated physical phones hosted by us, with cellular connectivity. The first pilot will use Android; other platforms are under consideration. Initial devices will be provisioned manually.
Which agents will work with Thumb?+
We’re designing API and MCP access, with a CLI, Python and TypeScript SDKs, webhooks, n8n, secure ADB, Appium, and computer-use adapters on the roadmap. Compatibility with specific agents and tools will be tested during early access.
What about WhatsApp, SMS, and calls?+
Mobile apps and cellular workflows are central to the plan. App compatibility, phone numbers, SMS, and calling capabilities will be confirmed during onboarding. You'll connect your own app accounts.
When can I get a phone?+
We’re building the first pilot now. Join the list and tell us what you want your agent to do. We’ll contact you about availability and setup; there’s no payment or delivery commitment today.
